Daughter has had it for over a year. A couple of months ago, it started having issues connecting via bluetooth, and a month ago, when trying to assist, the app kept crashing, and we could not get into her profile. We contacted customer service, which has not been helpful, figuring out why the profile would not open/load. They stated they would have a specialist reach out, still waiting. We are still having issues with the toothbrush not connecting to the app after we started using it again.

This is THE glitchiest app. It's extremely frustrating. Having to delete profiles and start over multiple times? That's fun with 3 and 4 year olds 🙄. I haven't deleted it because my kids do enjoy it, when it will work, but don't get too attached to any characters or prizes, because ours have stopped being usable multiple times. I can't recommend against this app enough! Really, does your life need another annoying thing? I have already reinstalled the app once.

Great idea if it actually worked. 1) The timer is glitchy. It never starts at 2 minutes. When it does it will skip from 2 minutes to 1 minutes in a second. 2) It would say she got a prize but didn't actually let her have it. 3) Bluetooth cut out middle of brushing her teeth so no credit. Would not let me go back and give credit in parent dashboard. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to maybe fix the glitches. IT LOST ALL MY HISTORY OF BOTH KIDS EVEN THOUGH I WAS LOGGED IN.
